In this role, you will drive system architecture decisions, lead a technical team, and engage in hands-on testing of systems designed for defense applications. Formación

• Proven experience working on high dynamic or high reliability systems, ideally through full test or flight cycles.
• Ability to move seamlessly between architecture design, simulation, coding, and hands-on testing.
• Experience with system trade studies and simulation environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define the system objective function and translate mission needs into coherent product architecture.
• Connect the dots across controls, sensing, navigation, software, and propulsion.
• Lead architecture decisions and make trade-offs on technical implementations.
