A leading aerospace company in Madrid is seeking a Group Leader Systems Engineer to oversee engineering teams working on aircraft system modifications. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, have leadership experience, and possess strong knowledge of aerospace systems. Proficiency in CAD tools and excellent communication skills in English are essential. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead innovative aerospace projects.

Formación

• Three years of leadership experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace systems and materials.
• Basic understanding of acoustics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team focused on aircraft system modifications.
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements.
• Maintain communication with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate engineering activities and monitor project deadlines.
• Develop mechanical drawings and define design standards.
