Job summary

MediaMarktSaturn Global Business Services Spain is seeking an accounting professional to manage the accounting cycle and related administrative processes for MediaMarkt stores. The role involves coordinating a small team, handling accounts payable, posting invoices in SAP VIM, and ensuring KPI reviews on a daily/weekly basis.

The ideal candidate will have a finance administration degree, at least one year of experience, strong SAP FI knowledge, and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in finance administration or comparable training.
• At least one year of experience in the similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP FI and Office tools.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Ability to adapt to different work rhythms, proactivity and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute the team's tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.
• Facilitate payment of invoices.
• Daily invoice posting in SAP VIM.
• Ticket resolution via Cherwell.
• Maintenance and cleaning of transitory accounts.
• Review KPI on daily and weekly basis.
