MediaMarktSaturn Global Business Services Spain is seeking a Finance Administrative professional to manage accounting cycles and cross-functional financial processes for MediaMarkt stores. The role involves supporting Credit Management and income reconciliation across multiple countries while driving process improvements.

The position offers a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days from home) and opportunities for English language development.

Qualificações

• Completed CFGS in finance administration or comparable training.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Office skills and SAP FI knowledge.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist to fix issues with Credit Management and income reconciliation across different countries.
• Assist to fix issues linked to Cash Register.
• Prepare analysis reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Suggest and propose process improvements to boost productivity.
• Ensure team members are properly trained and kept aligned with management requirements.
• Review KPI on Daily & Weekly Basis.

Mission

Manage the accounting cycle andadministrative accounting processes ofMediaMarkt stores in order to comply with internal procedures.

Tasks

• Assist to Fix issues with CreditManagement and income reconciliationacross different countries
• Assist to Fix issue linked to CashRegister
• Prepare an analyze reports to internaland external stakeholders.
• Suggest and propose processimprovements to boost the productivity.
• Make sure that the team members areproperly trained.
• Liaise between operative needs andManagement Requirements
• Review KPI on Daily & Weekly Basis
• Make sure the activities are distributedproperly within the teams.
• Participate in Knowledge Transfer
• Participate in organizational change plans.

Requierments

• A completed CFGS in financeadministration or comparable training.
• At least one year of experience in thesimilar role.
• Advanced Office and valuableknowledge in SAP FI.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Ability to adapt to different workrhythms, proactivity and communicationskills.
