Delve Deeper is expanding its finance team in Warsaw to bring accounting in-house and enhance financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will oversee VAT/JPK filings, month-end close, and statutory reporting while collaborating with the U.S. headquarters.

The role offers hybrid work, autonomy, and opportunities to design efficient processes in a multinational setting. The ideal candidate has hands-on accounting experience, VAT expertise, and strong Excel and Google Workspace skills.

• Fluency in Polish and strong command of English for cross-border collaboration.

• Experience with VAT/JPK reporting and statutory financial statements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare VAT returns and JPK filings; support tax compliance.
• Assist month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Support preparation of statutory financial statements and management reports.
• Record and reconcile accounting transactions with accuracy; issue sales invoices.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams in the US; assist during the transition to in-house accounting.
