Eaton is seeking a Corporate Accounting Leader for the EMEA Mobility division, based in Poland. The role focuses on supervising ledgers, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX, and delivering regional financial reporting.

You will partner with COEs and finance teams to support strategic initiatives and drive standardized, automated processes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in accounting/finance, a Master’s or professional qualification, and strong leadership and English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting/Finance required. Master’s preferred.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and US GAAP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all ledgers for Mobility in the region and serve as main contact for matters.
• Handle month-end closing and reconciliations; ensure accurate reporting for the zone.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton policies, SOX, local statutory/tax requirements; support audits.
• Collaborate with COEs and GFSS to execute strategic initiatives and process optimizations.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of financial processes within the zone.

We make what matters workEaton’s Mobility Group is currently seeking a Corporate Accounting Leader - EMEA Mobility to join our team in Bilesko-Biała or Tczew, Poland.What you’ll do:The Corporate Accounting Leader - EMEA Mobility will provide support for all Mobility ledgers related matters. This role will have a strong focus on compliance, standardization of financial processes within the division and will act as first level escalation for all corporate matters in the zone while working closely with GFSS, COE and finance teams.• Principal responsibility for this position is to supervise all ledgers in the divisino developing a detailed understanding of the ledgers and acting as point of contact for all matters.• Responsible for all reporting for the countries in scope and other compliance• Act as first point of escalation for various matters ( special projects, SCM and PTP issues etc.)• Ensure control environment.
