Job summary

JD.com, also known as JINGDONG, is expanding its international footprint with a focus on Joybuy marketplace and cross-border e-commerce. The role centers on developing, maintaining, and optimizing relationships with 3P sellers to scale their businesses on our platform in a high-performance, inclusive environment.

You’ll collaborate across teams to drive seller growth, analyze data-driven insights, and influence the evolution of the e-commerce landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and sales.
• Experience in building long-term B2B partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Spain/EU marketplace and sellers.
• Comfortable analysing complex data and providing actionable recommendations.
• Structured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Look for new businesses and guide them through the entire process of setting up their shop.
• Work closely with brands and businesses to keep them successful.
• Help sellers use tools and services to grow their business across product categories.
• Analyze market trends and internal data to find growth opportunities for sellers.
• Collaborate with departments to create seller/customer solutions.
• Manage and grow seller accounts to meet targets.
• Stay updated on product area to understand customers and competition.
• Share learnings with internal teams to improve the marketplace.
