14 Agency Network in Barcelona is seeking an Account Executive Sr to coordinate country campaigns and ensure flawless execution across markets.

You will liaise with Country Managers, clients, and internal teams to present plans, monitor progress, and adapt 360 campaigns for 50 countries, with focus on EU5 and Australia. Requires 4+ years in an advertising agency and ability to travel.

Formación

• Proven experience of at least 4 years in an advertising agency.
• Must be able to create the correct environment.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to travel.
• Must be an open-minded individual, with a passion and understating of other cultures.
• Excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges.
• Must be self-motivated, and able to manage several projects at the same time.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective organizational abilities.
• Commercial awareness and good written and verbal communication skills.
• Other languages will be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Daily contact with the Country Mannagers and Head of Country Coordination
• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their projects requirements.
• Presenting and negotiating (with specialized profiles if necessary) project plans and ensuring their correct implementation in the different markets.
• Working with all agencies departments to ensure all projects are correctly adapted and implemented internationally.
• The Country Coordination team is responsible for supervising and ensuring the correct implication of 360 campaigns in 50 countries, with specific focus on the EU5 and Australia
• Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with client and suppliers at all stages.
• Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with projects plans.
• Present and defend agency ideas with conviction.
