McCann Spain is seeking a proactive Junior Account Executive to bridge client teams with creative, production, and strategy departments.

You will support day-to-day campaign coordination, manage briefs, prep bilingual documents, and assist with budgets and reporting. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in advertising or related agencies.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) essential for documentation and communication.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join the account team at McCann Spain.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the client teams and our creative, production, and strategy departments, collaborating on the development and implementation of 360 campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Project Management & Follow-up: Directly support the Account Supervisor/Manager in the day-to-day coordination of assigned campaigns and projects.
• Client Contact: Interact directly with client to receive briefings, resolve daily tasks, and provide regular project status updates.
• Internal Coordination: Develop clear and accurate briefings for creative, design, production, and media teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards for all deliverables.
• International Production & Control: Draft and review materials in both English and Spanish (presentations, meeting reports, campaign deliverables...).
• Budget Control: Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring invoicing, issuing purchase orders, and tracking costs alongside suppliers.
• Analysis & Benchmarking: Prepare campaign performance reports (reporting) and keep track of global market trends.

What We'd Like To See

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in advertising, communication, or experiential marketing agencies.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing precision while executing.
• Tools & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint for impactful presentations and Excel for budget management and control.
• English: C1 / C2 level (Bilingual or Professional Fluency). Essential requirement, as a large part of documentation, briefs, and daily communication is conducted in English.
• Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to propose quick solutions and anticipate project needs.
• Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Stress Resistance and Flexibility: Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines.
• Teamwork: Ease of collaboration within multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
