CrazyLabs is seeking an experienced Level Designer to create engaging mobile F2P experiences. You will craft new game mechanics, levels, and live ops events, balancing progression and player journeys using Unity3D and internal tools.

You will analyze KPIs and community feedback to drive improvements, collaborating with product and data teams to optimize performance. A strong English communicator thrives in an agile team with ongoing learning.

Formación

• 3+ years of level design experience in mobile F2P games.
• Strong 3D level design in Unity 3D.
• Experience balancing level funnels and progression.
• F2P mindset with KPI-driven balancing and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design game mechanics, levels, missions, and experiences from concept to implementation.
• Define level structure, sequencing, and difficulty progression for engaging player journeys.
• Balance levels, level funnels, and player journeys; maintain them over live ops.
• Analyze metrics, KPIs, and community feedback to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to define requirements and improve KPIs.
• Create clear design documentation including layouts, briefs, and flowcharts.
• Participate in production and design reviews and milestones.
• Contribute creative ideas and leadership within an agile, multidisciplinary team.
• Research industry trends and new level design techniques.
