Voodoo in Madrid seeks a Senior Level Designer to craft engaging, fun levels for Hole.io and mentor a small team of designers. You will work hands-on in Unity to build varied 3D levels that appeal to a global audience and align with our art style.

You will collaborate with artists, animators, and programmers to balance levels, test gameplay, and iterate based on feedback and data while adhering to technical constraints and scale of production.

Formación

• 4+ years of proven experience in Level Design for 3D games.
• Intermediate or higher Unity knowledge.
• Experience or interest in leading and mentoring a team.

Responsabilidades

• Plan level progression and difficulty curve.
• Design 3D levels using Unity and proprietary tools.
• Mentor fellow level designers and contribute to team goals.
• Define level design guidelines for quality and efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date documentation of levels and AB tests.
• Collaborate with artists, animators, and programmers to realize designs.
