Sibelco Group is seeking an experienced Security Solution Architect to guide security architecture across projects, platforms and technology domains. You will embed security by design from the earliest stages and work with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Identity, Workplace, Engineering and external partners to enable secure, scalable hybrid environments.

Responsibilities include reviewing architectures across cloud, network, identity and OT domains, designing Zero Trust models, and guiding

Formación

• 5–8+ years of experience in cybersecurity/security architecture across cloud, enterprise and OT domains.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, network security, cloud security and data protection.
• Ability to translate complex security risks into practical technical requirements and clear business recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Embed security-by-design principles across IT and OT projects.
• Review solution architectures across cloud, workplace, network, identity, application and OT domains.
• Design and validate Zero Trust architectures, secure access models and firewall configurations.
• Support secure adoption of emerging technologies, including AI solutions, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and engineering teams to drive secure innovation.
