Hack in Hire is assisting a leading ICT services provider in Madrid to recruit a Cybersecurity Architect. The role drives the evolution of enterprise security architectures and ensures alignment with business goals and risk management.

You will be the technical reference for cybersecurity and guide security requirements across programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cybersecurity, 5+ years in Architect responsibilities, and strong experience with governance,

Formación

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.

Responsabilidades

Define, design, and lead the evolution of the organization's cybersecurity architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.
Act as the technical reference point for cybersecurity across the organization.
Ensure security requirements are effectively integrated into technology programs, projects, and initiatives.
Define security standards, policies, technical requirements, roadmaps, and strategic security evolution plans.
Participate in technology governance processes and support corporate-level architectural decision-making.
Coordinate and provide technical oversight to multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including the CISO, Security Office, SOC, Infrastructure, Development, Operations, and Business teams in an international environment.
Promote the adoption of Security by Design, Zero Trust principles, and cybersecurity best practices.
