Sibelco Group is seeking a Director of Digital Foundations to lead global technology services and the enterprise data platform. You will drive the roadmap, manage a global team and strategic partners, ensure secure, scalable operations, and oversee budgets to optimize technology value across the company’s worldwide footprint.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading global technology services.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale services with internal teams and outsourcing partners.
• Experience driving technology transformations that improve stability and digital capabilities.
• Comfortable with senior leadership and stakeholders, accountable for service quality and budget.
• 15+ years of experience in Service Delivery/Digital Foundations.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CRISC or ISO 27001 are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Digital Foundations roadmap aligned with IS strategy.
• Lead and develop a global technology team (5 direct reports) and global partners; foster accountability and innovation.
• Oversee SIAM/Global Service Desk and ensure service quality and uptime.
• Deliver a secure Digital Workplace across IT and OT, with reliable devices and collaboration tools.
• Provide resilient cloud, connectivity, and infrastructure across ~200 sites.
• Strengthen cybersecurity across IT/OT and embed security-by-design.
• Shape Applications & Data Platforms, including SAP CPI and Datasphere, with AI initiatives.

Educación

Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
