Allianz Services is seeking an experienced IS Solution Architect – Workplace Security to lead security design and governance across Spain and Portugal. The role focuses on protecting endpoints, identities, collaboration platforms, and corporate data while enabling a modern, compliant workplace environment.

You will drive secure endpoint management, identity services, and data protection, collaborating with IT, Risk, and Business teams to present architectures and recommendations to senior

Formación

• Extensive experience in workplace and information security architecture across multi-country environments.
• Strong expertise with Zero Trust, threat protection, and identity-centric security controls.
• Proven ability to govern security programs and lead cross-functional reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale security solutions for end-user computing and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain Workplace Security Architecture standards and reference architectures.
• Design secure solutions for endpoints, device management, and remote access; govern controls.
• Ensure secure integration of identity services (Entra ID, MFA, CA, SSO) and data protection initiatives.
• Develop security policies, baselines, and risk assessment support; participate in architecture reviews.
• Act as trusted security advisor to IT, Risk, and Business teams; present findings to leadership.
