• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• CPP or equivalent certification would be a real advantage.

Metric DCX have partnered with one of the most exciting data centre developer / operators in the world, with a global pipeline, and the capital backing that will allow them to execute.

They are looking for a Security Manager to lead physical security operations for their Madrid campus.

This position will be critical in protecting the people, facilities and critical infrastructure on one of their largest campuses.

Day to day, you’ll be reporting to the Vice President of Physical Security, running the campus guard force and contract security providers, access control, video surveillance and alarm response. You’ll own incident management and investigations, hold vendors to account on performance, and keep the campus audit-ready. You’ll also be involved in security design reviews as the campus expands, and will support budgeting and resource planning.

You will need to have operated in a similar position previously, with 10+ years in corporate or physical security, ideally within data centres or critical infrastructure, but if not, other technology campuses or similarly controlled environments. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. A CPP or equivalent certification would be a real advantage.
