Securitas Seguridad España in Madrid is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead on-site security for a critical infrastructure client. You will supervise security personnel, oversee 24/7 operations, and ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

The role requires 6+ years in security, English and Spanish proficiency, and hands-on experience with CCTV and access control. On-site position with permanent contract and competitive compensation.

At Securitas Seguridad España, we are looking for a Site Security Manager (SSM) to join our team in Madrid, supporting a leading global datacenter client. This is a key role where you will oversee day‑to‑day security operations at a critical infrastructure site, leading on‑site teams in a 24/7 environment and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance.

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.
• 6+ years of experience in the security industry and managing teams in operational environments
• Strong understanding of security operations and procedures
• Experience in datacenters or critical infrastructure (preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.)
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• On‑site role in Madrid.
