• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3–5 years in leadership.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security engineering roadmap across engineering and operations.
• Oversee security architecture across network, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing security team.
• Lead threat modeling and vulnerability management to prioritize security investments.
