Auctane is seeking a Director of Security Engineering to lead security programs across engineering and operations, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer. The role focuses on securing global infrastructure, enterprise and cloud environments, and managing security operations.

We value hands-on leadership, deep security expertise, and the ability to balance risk and delivery. You will develop strategy, mentor a high‑performing team, and partner with IT, Product, Legal, and Compliance

Formación

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• 12+ years in cybersecurity with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience leading large-security programs across enterprise and cloud.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, AWS/GCP security.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security engineering roadmap aligned with business risk.
• Oversee security architecture across network, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Hire, mentor, and manage security architects and engineers.
• Identify gaps and adopt tools to automate security.
• Conduct threat modeling and vulnerability management.
• Promote Secure-by-Design with IT, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.
• Build security-by-design culture across the organization.
