Syntax is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead the secure delivery of our security portfolio and manage vendor initiatives across customer projects. This role blends delivery leadership with strategic vendor coordination to ensure services are delivered efficiently and securely.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and align with global delivery standards to maintain high quality, transparency, and customer trust across projects.

Formación

• 3+ years of vendor or third-party relationship management experience.
• Proven experience with security products and services.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive outcomes with structure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support product management for the security portfolio and track roadmaps.
• Link project delivery with product management by feeding insights from delivery and vendors.
• Prepare materials such as roadmaps and service documentation as needed.
• Manage relationships with security vendors and partners at operational level.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables, renewals, onboarding and reviews.
