Syntax is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to support product management of our security portfolio and vendor initiatives. This role blends management and coordination to ensure security services are delivered effectively and our vendor ecosystem is managed proactively.

Within the Security Services Delivery Excellence team, you will help define frameworks, standards, and metrics to empower Engineering and Operations to deliver with quality, transparency, and customer confidence,

Formación

• 3+ years in vendor or third-party relationship management at an operational level.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with product management activities for the security portfolio, supporting roadmap tracking and service definitions.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables, renewals, onboarding, and service reviews to support security projects.
• Act as day-to-day contact for vendors on operational matters and escalate strategic issues when needed.
