DXC Spain is seeking a Security Delivery Lead (Cybersecurity) to join our Security team in Las Rozas. You will lead the delivery of managed security services across accounts, coordinate security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response, while guiding cross-functional teams and engaging with CISOs.

The role requires at least 5 years in cybersecurity service management, fluent Spanish and strong English, and a track record with governance, risk, and security metrics.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing cybersecurity services in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in Security Incident Management, Risk Management, and Governance.
• Strong knowledge of SOC, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Risk & Compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with CISOs and senior stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITIL or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery and governance of managed security services across one or multiple customer accounts, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate security delivery teams (security operations, vulnerability management, incident response and remediation) and drive service improvement and security maturity initiatives.
• Perform and oversee security risk assessments and mitigation plans, support governance forums and executive steering committees, and monitor security posture with improvement actions.
• Coordinate major security incidents and high-priority remediation activities, acting as the escalation point and ensuring lessons learned feed continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary cybersecurity point of contact for customer leadership, building trusted relationships with CISOs and key stakeholders, and presenting executive reports, dashboards, risk assessments and service performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand cybersecurity services within existing accounts, supporting proposals, contract renewals, RFP responses and account growth strategies in collaboration with sales, account and solution teams.
