Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in Madrid is seeking a Securities Finance Repo Trader Analyst based in Boadilla del Monte to support financing and liquidity management across European Government Bonds and other fixed income securities. You will work closely with Trading, Sales and Risk teams in a fast-paced front-office environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in financial markets, strong analytical skills, and excellent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or another quantitative discipline.
• English and Spanish fluency at high level is required.
• Previous exposure to financial markets; trading experience valued but not required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to manage data effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage short-term repo transactions across European Government Bonds.
• Provide market levels and pricing indications in response to Sales requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Risk, Middle Office and Operations teams.
• Monitor liquidity, funding and collateral usage across securities and maturities.
• Identify and analyse relative value and funding opportunities across counterparties.
