Job summary

Under Armour in Spain is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support daily store operations. You will assist customers with apparel and footwear, stock and maintain the store, and participate in back-of-house tasks as needed.

This part-time role is ideal for earning extra income during peak seasons. Ideal candidates are energetic, team-oriented, and comfortable using basic technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California)
• Able to move around the sales floor and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held devices, POS)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend apparel and footwear to customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store tasks including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience and collaborate with the team
• Promote loyalty by informing customers about the Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Follow UA attendance policy and perform other duties as assigned by management
