Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Pozuelo, Madrid is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for 30 hours weekly, with potential for part-time or full-time next seasons. You’ll be the face of the brand, deliver great customer experiences, drive sales, and keep the store sharp.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending apparel and footwear, processing checkout, stocking, and supporting omni-channel requests. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required; basic English is a plus

Qualifications

• Age requirement: at least 16 (or 18 in California).
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule to cover holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Openness to participate in contests with prizes and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to bring out the best in customers.
• Share product knowledge and love for our brand.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Collaborate well within a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Support loyalty programs and self-development opportunities.
• Fulfill scheduled working hours per attendance policy.
