Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (18 in some jurisdictions)
• Able to stand and move around a store, lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• Flexible to work holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential store tasks and use technology

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers
• Suggest apparel and footwear to match needs
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• Handle front and back of house tasks, including POS and payments
• Assist omni-channel requests and work well in a team
• Promote loyalty programs and drive sales
• Be accountable for personal development and growth opportunities
• Follow UA processes and attendance policies
