Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking energetic Seasonal Sales Associates for our Madrid-area stores. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized.

You’ll support daily operations and assist with stock duties as needed, ideal for summer or holiday income. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to busy seasons, with flexible availability and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in some locations).
• Ability to move around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English helpful.
• Flexible availability including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Perform essential functions of the role.
• Move, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greeting customers.
• Assist in selecting apparel and footwear to suit customers.
• Stock, straighten and keep store clean and organized.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payment processes.
• Handle omni-channel requests and collaborate with team to meet goals.
