Job summary

Romeu, líder español en logística y transporte internacional, busca profesionales para su equipo de Operations Seafreight (Import) en Valencia. Desarrollarás la gestión integral de expedientes de tráfico marítimo, seguimiento de tráficos y resolución de incidencias con proveedores y clientes, manteniendo contacto diario para optimizar procesos.

Se valorará experiencia previa en transitarias, formación en logística y un nivel alto de inglés.

Qualifications

• Experiencia de al menos 1 año en empresa transitaria y gestión de tráfico marítimo de importación.
• Formación en Administración, Transporte y Logística y/o Comercio Internacional.
• Nivel B2/C1 de inglés.
• Manejo de CargoWise valorable.
• Orientación al cliente y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Responsibilities

• Gestión completa de expedientes de tráfico marítimo de importación.
• Seguimiento de tráficos y cargas de clientes asignados.
• Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones durante salida, envío y recepción de mercancía.
• Contacto directo con proveedores, clientes y agentes.
• Apoyo en cotizaciones y facturación.

What will your functions be?

En TIBA Spain Valencia, para nuestra Vertical de Fashion, estamos ampliando nuestro equipo de Operations Seafreight (Import), donde tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con grandes cuentas, ¿quieres formar parte del equipo? ¿Cómo será tu día a día? Gestión completa de expedientes de tráfico marítimo de importación. Seguimiento de los tráficos y cargas de los clientes/cuentas asignadas. Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir durante el proceso de salida, envío y/o recepción de la mercancía de los clientes. Contacto directo y diario con proveedores, clientes y agentes. Prestar apoyo en cotizaciones y facturación.

What are we looking for?

• Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico marítimo de importación.
• Poseer formación en la rama Administrativa, Transporte y Logística y/o de Comercio Internacional.
• Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés.
• Valorable experiencia previa en el manejo de CargoWise.
• Ser una persona con orientación al cliente, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
