ROMEU busca un/a Seafreight Operator - Export para unirse a su equipo en Valencia. Será responsable de gestionar expedientes de tráfico, contactos con navieras y proveedores, atención a clientes y seguimiento de embarques, así como la resolución de incidencias y la emisión de cotizaciones y facturación.

Se valorará experiencia en tráfico marítimo de exportación y formación en Administración o Comercio Internacional, con dominio de inglés (B2/C1).

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en tráfico marítimo de exportación.
• Formación en Administración y/o Comercio Internacional.
• Nivel de inglés B2/C1 (valorable CargoWise).

Responsabilidades

• Gestión completa y seguimiento de los expedientes de tráfico asignados (exportación marítima).
• Contacto con navieras y proveedores.
• Atención a clientes y agentes.
• Seguimiento de embarques/cargas.
• Resolución de incidencias.
• Cotizaciones y facturación.

Conocimientos

Experiencia en tráfico marítimo export

What will your functions be?

• Gestión completa y seguimiento de los expedientes de tráfico asignados (exportación marítima).
• Contacto con navieras-compañías, proveedores, etc.
• Atención a clientes y agentes.
• Seguimiento de embarques/cargas.
• Resolución de incidencias.
• Cotizaciones y facturación.

What are we looking for?

• Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico marítimo de exportación.
• Poseer formación en la rama Administrativa y/o de Comercio Internacional.
• Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés.
• Valorable experiencia previa en el manejo de CargoWise.
• Ser una persona con orientación al cliente, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
