ROMEU busca un/a Operador/a de Seafreight para gestionar expedientes de exportación desde El Prat de Llobregat. Trabajarás con clientes y proveedores, asegurando seguimiento de tráficos y resolución de incidencias. Se valorará experiencia en CargoWise y actitud orientada al cliente.

Se ofrece posibilidad de desarrollo profesional, entorno de trabajo colaborativo y salario competitivo en función de experiencia. Ubicación en Barcelona, con jornada completa y entorno internacional.

Formación

• Experiencia previa de 2–3 años en transitaria y gestión de tráfico marítimo de exportación.
• Formación en administración y/o comercio internacional.
• Nivel B2/C1 de inglés y capacidad de comunicación.
• Manejo de CargoWise considerado valor añadidos.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión completa de expedientes de tráfico marítimo de exportación.
• Seguimiento de tráficos y cargas de clientes asignados.
• Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones durante salida/envío y recepción.
• Contacto diario con proveedores, clientes y agentes.
• Apoyo en cotizaciones y facturación.
