ROMEU is expanding its export ocean freight operations in El Prat de Llobregat. We are seeking a Seafreight Operator to manage export traffic files end-to-end, monitor shipments, resolve incidents, and maintain daily contact with suppliers, clients, and agents.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a freight forwarder, Administrative/International Trade background, English B2/C1, and CargoWise experience. We value customer focus, problem solving and teamwork.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in a freight forwarder and export sea freight.
• Training in Administrative fields and/or International Trade.
• English level B2/C1.
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Management of export sea freight files end-to-end.
• Tracking client shipments and loads.
• Resolving incidents and claims during dispatch, loading, and receipt.
• Daily contact with suppliers, clients and agents.
• Assist in quotations and invoicing.
