Julius Baer is seeking a Scrum Master to lead SAFe-aligned IT delivery in a Private Banking context. You will facilitate Scrum processes, remove obstacles, and ensure continuous improvement while coordinating with application stakeholders and technical leads.

This role requires collaboration with product owners, users, and vendors to manage SIT, UAT, training, and production releases across multiple apps.

Formación

• Minimum around 5 years of IT delivery lead experience focused on Banking Domain.
• Functional knowledge and experiences in designing technical solutions.
• Proven experience in Leading requirement analysis and impact analysis for large complex projects.
• Experience with large, matrixed teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Communicate highly technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with ARs and technical leads across apps.
• Prepare documents: User Requirements Specification, Functional Specification and User Guides.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and conduct impact analysis.
• Collaborate with Dev and Testing teams for requirement clarification and data mapping.

YOUR CHALLENGE

The Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum framework (SAFe), ensuring that the development team follows its principles and practices to deliver high-quality products efficiently. The role removes impediments, fosters collaboration, and promotes continuous improvement to enhance the team's overall performance and productivity and work closely with the Application Responsible (ARs) and technical leads of various apps.

• Propose innovative solution which is scalable and avoiding any addition of risk (operational risk or delivery risk)
• Lead the system enhancement, defects analysis for projects.
• Communicate highly technical issues to non-technical audience.
• Work collaboratively with team to achieve goals. Experience working in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and/or Extreme programming.
• Prepare documentations on User Requirements Specification, Functional Specification and User Guide. Coordinate with users, internal teams, and vendors on project management, SIT, User Training, UAT and production releases
• Expertise in Private Banking domain
• Stakeholder management and requirement management to ensure no ambiguity on requirements and impact analysis.
• Experience in following best practices like TDD, CI/CD or DevOps.
• Change log are properly documented and escalated to various Application Responsible and IT Service Management Owners
• Work with the Dev and Testing teams for requirement clarification, functional solution, and data mapping

Client / Stakeholder Management (internal & external)

• Stakeholder management – working closely with finance, business change engineers, and project managers to drive and manage IT delivery.
• Analyse requirements, estimate efforts, plan timeline, manage progress.
• Ensure awareness, involvement and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong squads and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle.
• Drive and review technical and architectural design, enforce architectural guidelines and challenge status quo.

Business Management

• Roll out activities to be planned with Product Owner and end users.
• Work with Product Owners for stakeholder management and user trainings

• Good written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent priorities with business and IT stakeholders

Professional and Technical

• Minimum around 5 years of IT delivery lead experience focused on Banking Domain and sound technical knowledge.
• Functional knowledge and experiences in designing technical solutions.
• Preferred with Experience of working with large complex matrix team structures.
• Proven experience in Leading requirement analysis, impact analysis for large complex project.
• Strong computer science knowledge (algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design)
• Working experience of SDLC and Agile methodology (SAFe preferred).
