Maersk is seeking a Client Program Manager (CPM) to lead the global Customer Experience community for one of our key clients. You will act as the client expert internally and advisor externally, guiding improvements and new business within Ocean and Logistics & Services across brands.

Based in Valencia or Madrid, you will drive migrations, adoption of SCP, and collaboration across account teams to deliver exceptional customer experience while enabling growth.

Formación

• 3+ years relevant experience in project/program/operational management and/or supply chain management.
• Experience working with complex operational, technical and commercial matters.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SCP Migration Project initiatives and onboarding for new migrations.
• Drive SCP adoption, standardization and process improvements within Lead Logistics after onboarding onto SCP.
• Develop, govern and optimize processes to enable better performance and customer satisfaction.
• Bridge account team (CPM, CX, GSC) with Migration & Adoption and SME to embed transformation agenda.
• Collaborate with Functional and Platform Product Owners to define best-in-class processes and modern working methods.

As the Client Program Manager (CPM) you lead the global Customer Experience (CX) community to operationally serve one of our important clients, are an essential element of the global account team, resulting in successful customer experience and business growth around the globe. This role covers all products and services (Ocean and Logistics & Services) and all brands.

Be, together with the rest of the account team, the client expert internally, and the client advisor externally.

You lead improvement and value adding projects and guide implementing new customer business for Maersk.

If you bring below, this is a bonus for us

• 3+ years relevant experience with a proven track record in project /program/operational management and/or supply chain management. Commercial experience is a plus
• Expertise on our platform functionalities like SCP
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end operation process of Lead Logistics
• Proven and sustained performance history of delivered success, with focus on driving results in a matrix organization
• Stakeholder Management and influencingHigh sense of urgency and persistence
• Outstanding English verbal, writing and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

SCP Migration Project Leadership

• Be an active project lead for new migrations
• Drive SCP adoption and process standardization and improvements to unlock and maximize the potential of the Lead Logistics organization after onboarding onto SCP
• Ensure development, governance and optimisation of processes to enable better performance, higher efficiency and superior customer satisfaction.
• Be one of the main drivers of individual customer migration projects and unlock the full potential of the people, processes and technology.
• Create the framework of collaboration for the project team and elevate whenever needed to deliver quality at the right time.
• Enhance our SCP ways of working to reach enhanced customer - and end-user experience and continuously share best practices.
• Challenge along the migration project to make sure we incorporate learnings from the past
• Obtain and share SCP best practices by being an active member within the SCP & EURCPM communities
• Leverage from the customers that have already migrated to SCP and support the CPM teams for these customers on enhancement developments and bug fixing
• The role is expected to bridge the Account team (CPM, CX, GSC), with Migration & Adoption and SME to ensure the transformation agenda is embedded into the routines. This includes development, governance and optimisation of processes to enable better performance, higher efficiency and superior customer satisfaction.
• The role is there to creating the knowledge bank for SCP within the SWE Area to ensure we unlock potential of the system fully.
• The role is expected to work closely with the Functional Product Owners to define and establish best in class process. Also work closely with the Platform Product Owners to design and enhance the modern way of working through tech-based solutions on our SCP Platform
