Maersk is seeking a Client Program Manager to lead the global Customer Experience community and drive SCP migration and adoption for the Lead Logistics organization. Based in Valencia or Madrid, you will be the client expert inside Maersk and collaborate with account teams.

You will develop governance and optimization of processes, manage diverse stakeholders, and deliver value by solving complex operational, technical, and commercial challenges.

Formación

• 3+ years for project/program/operational management and/or supply chain management.
• Experience handling complex operational, technical and commercial matters.
• Strong English verbal, writing and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SCP Migration projects and SCP adoption for Lead Logistics.
• Drive process standardization and improvements to unlock customer value.
• Govern and optimize processes to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Bridge Account team (CPM, CX, GSC) with Migration & Adoption and SME.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to design modern SCP working practices.
