Maersk is seeking a Client Program Manager to lead the global Customer Experience community, driving operational excellence and value for one of our key clients. Based in Spain (Valencia or Madrid), you will guide migration projects, adopt standardized SCP processes, and collaborate with CPM, CX, and SME teams to embed the transformation agenda across ocean and logistics services.

Formación

• 3+ years relevant experience with project / program / operational management and/or supply chain management.
• Commercial experience is a plus
• Expertise on our platform functionalities like SCP
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end operation process of Lead Logistics
• Proven and sustained performance history of delivered success, with focus on driving results in a matrix organization
• Stakeholder Management and influencing
• High sense of urgency and persistence
• Outstanding English verbal, writing and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead SCP migration projects and drive adoption
• Develop and govern standardized SCP processes
• Collaborate with Account team, Migration & Adoption, and SMEs
• Create knowledge base for SCP within SWE area
• Work with Product Owners to enhance SCP platform usage
• Bridge CPM, CX and GSC to embed transformation agenda
