Neuco in Barcelona is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to own the technical definition and execution of a next-generation satellite platform. You will lead system architecture, requirements management, interface definition, and verification planning in a hands-on, cross-functional capacity.

The role demands 7+ years in space systems engineering, proven experience with flight projects, and a track record guiding technical reviews and risk management from concept to deployment.

Formación

• More than 7 years of experience in space systems engineering, including participation in flight projects and hands-on integration and verification activities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into implementable designs, lead technical reviews and support troubleshooting across engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, requirements engineering, interface management, verification/validation, and risk management.
