GTS Group Ltd in Spain seeks an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to own the technical definition and execution of a satellite platform program. This hands-on leadership role works close to hardware and coordinates across multidisciplinary teams from concept through launch and operations.

You will drive system architecture, manage requirements and interfaces, support design reviews, lead integration and AIT campaigns, and handle risks and verification closure.

Formación

• 7+ years in space systems engineering.
• Strong AIT and verification background.
• Hands-on systems integration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead satellite platform system architecture and trade-offs.
• Manage requirements, interfaces, budgets and traceability.
• Support subsystem design reviews and technical decision‑making.
• Drive integration, verification and AIT campaigns.
• Manage technical risks, anomalies and verification closure.
• Act as the technical focal point across internal and external stakeholders.
