Neuco is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to own the technical definition and execution of a next-generation satellite platform. You will lead system architecture, requirements management, interface definition and verification planning in a hands-on, leadership role.

The role requires 7+ years in space systems engineering, experience with flight projects, and a strong MBSE/SysML background. Collaboration across engineering teams and a strategic impact on programme success are key aspects.

• 7+ years of space systems engineering experience, including flight projects.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into implementable designs and lead technical reviews.
• Experience with system architecture, interface management, and verification planning.
