Neuco in León, Spain, is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to own the technical definition and execution of a next-generation satellite platform. The role is hands-on with system architecture, requirements management, and cross-functional leadership for verification planning and deployment.

You will translate mission objectives into robust, testable designs and guide engineering teams across disciplines, shaping the development roadmap with advanced facilities and flexible working arrangements.

Formación

• 7+ years in space systems engineering, including flight projects and integration/verification.
• Ability to translate requirements into designs, lead reviews and support troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, requirements & interface management, V&V.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical definition and execution of a next-generation satellite platform.
• Lead architecture, requirements management, interface definition and verification planning.
• Provide cross-functional technical leadership and coordinate engineering teams.

To Be Successful, You'll Need

• More than 7 years of experience in space systems engineering, including participation in flight projects and hands-on integration and verification activities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into implementable designs, lead technical reviews and support troubleshooting activities across engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, requirements engineering, interface management, verification and validation, and technical risk management.
• Must have led technical definition and execution of a satellite platform from the ground up
