Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Record-to-Report Lead to drive the R2R workstream for a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA 2025 transformation in Spain. You will advance a reusable global process template from Level 3 to detailed Level 5 design and delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating configuration, migration, testing, cutover and hypercare; driving process harmonization, Clean Core alignment and localization; and delivering a rollout-ready solution with

• Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations and Record-to-Report workstreams.
• Certification in SAP Activate is required.
• Solid functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and related finance processes.

Are you an SAP S/4HANA Record-to-Report Lead seeking a new interesting challenge?

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance transformation professional to lead the Record-to-Report workstream for an SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation and perform the following responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end Record-to-Report workstream for an SAP S/4HANA 2025 Greenfield transformation.

Take a reusable global process and solution template from Level 3 through detailed Level 5 design and delivery.

Coordinate configuration, build, integration, migration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.

Drive finance-process harmonization, SAP-standard adoption, Clean Core alignment and controlled localization.

Finalize the Spain company-code design, including ledgers, currencies, tax, payments and local reporting requirements.

Define interfaces, roles, migration objects, test scenarios and cutover activities.

Ensure cross-workstream integration, financial controls and a rollout-ready solution baseline.

SAP S/4HANA 2025 and SAP Activate methodology.

SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

SAP Treasury and Risk Management.

SAP Project System.

SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and e-invoicing.

Clean Core principles, process templates and SAP-standard solutions.

Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations and Record-to-Report workstreams.

Demonstrated SAP S/4HANA project-management experience across large transformation programs.

SAP Activate certification is required.

Solid functional knowledge of SAP FI, CO and related finance processes.

Experience with DRC, e-invoicing, localization, migration, testing and cutover activities.

Advanced Spanish (C1) and intermediate English (B1-B2).

Strong stakeholder management, coordination and cross-functional leadership skills.
