Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Madrid is seeking an IMS Change Manager to lead governance, define KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, and drive continual improvement across IT services.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, English proficiency at C1, and a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite in Madrid, from 9:00 to 18:00. The position offers a permanent contract, a flexible compensation plan, and monthly home-office support.

• 5–8 years of experience in an IMS Change Manager role.
• English level C1.
• Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow and KPI reporting.
