Strada in Spain is seeking an SAP Payroll Implementation Senior Associate to guide payroll projects from requirements through go-live. You will tailor SAP Payroll for clients, test configurations, and collaborate across project teams to ensure timely milestones.

The role requires strong SAP HCM experience, knowledge of Spanish payroll, and fluent English and Spanish communication for client-facing interactions.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application; involvement in implementations is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration and HR system implementations.
• Strong client focus and accountability for results with discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements.
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions according to customer requirements, following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality.
• Effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support other project members and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Demonstrate understanding of HR processes and SAP HR architecture to ensure successful delivery within timelines.
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.

Activities Under Your Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
• Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
