Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com**Role** :***SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant - Germany*****Responsibilities*** Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements* Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications* Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines* Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required* Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery* Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines* Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness**Requirements*** Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)* Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application* 3+ successful HCM Implementations* In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations* Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information* Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
