Fusion Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep SAP MES expertise for our pharmaceutical organization. Formación

• 5+ years in project management, with 3+ years handling SAP MES in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience with SAP MES interfacing, configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EMA regulatory requirements.
• PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 or similar.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-site projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in project management tools and Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
• Experience with budget management and resource planning.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma or change management expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP MES implementation, interfacing and upgrade projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage cross-functional teams including IT, operations, quality, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes and system performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA and EMA regulations across projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies; drive change management.
• Report project status to senior leadership and mentor junior project managers.
