Conexus is seeking a Senior SAP MES Project Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing execution, integration and optimisation projects within a pharmaceutical environment across IT, manufacturing, quality and regulatory teams.

The role requires deep SAP MES expertise, proven multi-site project leadership, GMP/regulatory experience and the ability to manage budgets, timelines and stakeholders across complex global programs.

Formación

• 5+ years' Project Management experience
• 3+ years managing SAP MES projects
• Proven pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience
• Strong understanding of GMP/regulatory requirements
• Experience managing complex, multi-site projects and cross-functional teams
• Budget management and resource planning experience
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP MES implementation, interface and upgrade projects.
• Manage project planning, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Quality and Regulatory.
• Analyse manufacturing processes and system performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure projects comply with GMP, FDA and EMA requirements.
• Lead risk assessment, mitigation and change management activities.
• Manage senior stakeholder communications, reporting and project governance.
• Support business adoption and mentor junior project managers.
