Fresenius Kabi in Barcelona seeks a Senior SAP Project & Portfolio Manager to guide the global SAP project portfolio, linking strategic planning with delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes in a regulated pharma setting.

You will coordinate with business process owners, Demand Management, SAP teams, and partners worldwide to maintain governance, transparency, and risk management across regions.

Competenze

• Degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years leading global IT projects, including end-to-end deployment of SAP solutions across multiple regions.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, GRC, or PM.
• Solid process understanding in transportation, warehousing, production planning, demand forecasting, finance, or controlling.
• Confident with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods; PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification is a plus.
• Experience with portfolio management tooling such as ServiceNow; SAP Focused Build, Jira, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Ability to align stakeholders and resolve conflicting priorities across IT, business functions, and external suppliers in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

As a Senior SAP Project & Portfolio Manager, you will steer the global SAP project portfolio, connecting strategic planning with delivery so that SAP initiatives land on time, on budget, and to the quality standards of a regulated pharmaceutical business.
You will be the reference point for SAP initiatives worldwide, working with business process owners, Demand Management, project managers, SAP teams, and implementation partners across every region, providing the coordination and transparency needed for effective portfolio governance and delivery.
