Job summary

Omya is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Solution Design & Implementation Lead to drive design and delivery of MDG solutions aligned with the company’s Digital Operating Model. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure value, quality and timely delivery across the solution lifecycle.

The role requires deep SAP MDG and S/4HANA expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead complex international deployments within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in SAP MDG solution design and implementation.
• At least 6 years in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG, S/4HANA, master data governance, BRF+ and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions aligned with Omya’s Digital Operating Model and business objectives.
• Manage full solution lifecycle with timely delivery, quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to drive innovation and improvements.
• Oversee risks, performance, and lessons learned; ensure service documentation and governance.
