Global Enterprise Partners in Barcelona seeks an experienced SAP Master Data Governance Delivery Manager to drive architecture, delivery, and continuous MDG enhancements. You will lead design through go-live, ensuring governance, data quality, and operating efficiency in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and delivery excellence in an international, hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years SAP MDG implementation and solution design experience.
• Minimum 6 years SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA project experience.
• Proven SAP MDG delivery experience in a manufacturing environment.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance Delivery Manager to drive the architecture, implementation, and continuous enhancement of SAP MDG capabilities within a complex manufacturing organisation. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable governance solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, operational objectives, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the primary subject matter expert for SAP MDG, leading solution delivery from initial design through implementation, go-live, and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Leadership & Delivery

• Define and deliver SAP MDG solution architectures that support business and digital transformation objectives
• Lead end-to-end implementation activities, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
• Establish governance standards, solution roadmaps, and best practices across the SAP MDG landscape
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance processes and operational efficiency
• Evaluate risks, identify mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project outcomes

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with business leaders, process owners, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align business needs with SAP MDG capabilities
• Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations regarding master data governance initiatives

SAP MDG Operations & Enhancement

• Oversee ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement activities across the SAP MDG platform
• Manage release planning, upgrades, enhancement requests, and solution improvements
• Monitor system performance and data governance effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimisation
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, configuration records, training materials, and process documentation

Change & Process Improvement

• Analyse and assess change requests to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards
• Support business process transformation initiatives through improved master data management practices
• Lead process redesign activities where required, ensuring integration with existing business operations
• Coordinate deployment activities and stakeholder communications throughout change programmes

Required Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of SAP MDG implementation and solution design experience
• Minimum 6 years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA project experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering SAP MDG programmes within a manufacturing environment is essential
• Proven experience leading complex SAP transformation initiatives in international organisations
