Job summary

Omya Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Solution Design & Implementation Lead to design and implement innovative SAP MDG solutions aligned with Omya's Digital Operating Model.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and cost efficiency. You will lead the full solution lifecycle, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across SAP MDG modules, S/4HANA integration, and data governance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP MDG solution design and implementation, preferably in a digital transformation context.
• At least 6 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG, S/4HANA, master data governance, workflows, BRF+, and integrations.
• Hands-on development experience with ABAP, Fiori and related SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions aligned with Omya’s Digital Operating Model and objectives.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks and promote lessons learned and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate change implementation and stakeholder communications for service excellence.
