Job summary

Puig is seeking a Master Data Steward for materials, BOMs and customers to join our Data Office team. You will develop and maintain SAP MM & SD master data, verify data accuracy, and update master data across departments to support R&D, Customer Service, Supply Planning and Manufacturing.

You will document processes, define data quality rules, provide end-user support and training, and collaborate with SAP modules to ensure integration with FI, CO, BW.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in SAP to manage materials, BOM and customers master data.
• Education: Superior BA, Information Technologies, or Engineering.
• Languages: Spanish and English required, French is desirable.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP MM & SD master data, including materials, BOMs and customers.
• Routinely verify the availability and accuracy of data on materials, BOMs, and customers.
• Update material, BOM and customer Master Data according to requests from other departments: R&D, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Manufacturing.
• Support in documenting existing SAP Master Data processes and procedures.
• Identify alerts when master data is missing and define rules to be followed by the users when creating the required material and customer attributes.
• Provide end‑user support and training for SAP Master Data MM & SD processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other functional consultants and project teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, BW.
• Participate in system testing and implementation activities, including documentation of processes and procedures.

Our Data Office team is seeking new members who can work as a Master Data Stewardship for materials, bill of material, and customers.

What you'll get to do

Mission:

• Check that the data in SAP Systems is correct and up to date, review the existing data to confirm its quality and timeliness.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP MM & SD master data, including materials, BOMs and customers
